Kap Hiroti is an active international investor, transformational trainer, coach and consultant in the field of Real Estate investment. Wielding a wealth of hands-on experience and knowledge, he specializes in deal analysis, foreclosures and multi-units.

Originally from New Zealand, Kap is a graduate of the University of Otago (Dunedin, NZ) and was conferred two degrees: a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science; and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in both Management and Information Science.

Following graduation, Kap started his own IT consultancy working with small - medium size businesses to design, install and manage their computer networks. It was during this time that Kap bought his first investment property as a joint venture. Real Estate investing was a turning point in Kap's life and it was where he found his passion.

As a frequent traveler between New Zealand and Canada since 2002, Kap permanently relocated to Vancouver in 2005.

In 2006, Kap founded DealSpeak Inc, and has positioned the company as a leading provider of deal information in Canada, and the primary provider of foreclosure research in British Columbia.
